The Angry Motivator (“the app”) is provided by Scalaze Negócios Digitais LTDA (CNPJ 54.197.254/0001-70), Rodovia José Carlos Daux, 5500, Sala 211, Bloco Campeche A, Saco Grande, Florianópolis, SC, 88032-005, Brazil. By using it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

What the app is

Motivation with an attitude. The coaches are sarcastic on purpose, and at the Furious level they call you names. You choose the level, and you can turn it down to Chill any time. It is entertainment and encouragement, not medical, psychological, fitness, financial or professional advice. If you are struggling, talk to a qualified professional or a local helpline.

Your account

You can use the app as a guest or sign in. Keep access to your email and sign-in method; you are responsible for what happens in your account. You must be at least 13, or the minimum age in your country.

Premium

• Premium unlocks every coach, audio track, wallpaper and widget style, and removes ads.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown in the store unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Your store account is charged at renewal.
• A free trial, when offered, turns into a paid subscription at its end unless you cancel before.
• Manage or cancel in Google Play (Subscriptions) or on iPhone (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their policies. The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase for as long as the app is offered.

Fair use

Don’t misuse the app: no breaking or probing it, scraping, reselling or redistributing its content, or getting around Premium. Wallpapers, audio and lines are for your personal use. You may share lines with friends through the app’s share feature.

Our content

The app, its coaches, artwork, audio, lines and translations belong to The Angry Motivator or its licensors. Translations and dubbing are made with automated tools and may not be perfect.

Changes and availability

We improve the app over time and may add, change or remove features or content. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and significant changes are announced in the app.

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
